How tall is my friendly big Brother?
The napoleon fish is one of the biggest fish of the reef they can grow over six feet long (2,3 meter) and weight up to 190 kg. Some of them live to be over 30 years old.
The female Napoleon fish has a red-orange colour and a male has a bright blue-green colour. As the female grows bigger and older she can change from female to a male.
These Napoleons are one of the few fish that can toxic animals.
Did you know that a Napoleon fish can rotate each eye 360 degrees, always swiveling around to observe their surrounding. Big brother is watching you.
