Rules & Guidelines
No Smoking
Parapet
Our Villa is a non-smoking area, smoking is prohibited in the bedroom and the Villa. Smoking is allowed outside the Villa and on the front deck overlooking the Sea.
It is not permitted to CLIMB or SIT on the Parapet. The Parapet. this one isn't designed for that. The stainless steel pipes will bend if you stand on them.
Kitchen and Shower
Think about the environment when using the kitchen and shower, it is forbidden to use oil and chemical products and to flush the spools down the drain. This will affect our nature, coral and fish.
Only use nature-friendly products and the soap and shampoo that we supply to you.
Dry laundry
Be careful DO NOT place towels and your own clothing on the WOODEN RAILING or wooden floor. The wood gives off color that can no longer be removed from the towels or your clothing..
Drinks en Food
All-inclusive booking:
With an All Inclusive booking: 3 meals per day and unlimited water, tea and instant coffee are included. Other drinks and snacks outside this package must be paid for.
Breakfast only booking:
With a Breakfast only booking: Breakfast is included in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00 and unlimited water, tea and instant coffee are included all day long. Other drinks must be paid for.

If you want to upgrade your booking to full board and join the family style lunch and dinner, there is a surcharge of
€ 20.00 per person per day, this must be indicated well in advance.
Drinks and snacks:
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the refrigerator must be paid for when used. See price list, we ask you to fill in what you use yourself, you must reimburse this before departure.
Check in & Check out
Our check in time is after 2:00 PM and the check out time is before 10:00 AM. On request we can see if we can deviate from these times.
